EverPower acquires 30MW wind farm in Pennsylvania

EverPower wind holdings bought a Cambria County wind farm project from OwnEnergy and expects to have it up and running by the end of next year, the company said today.

Called Patton Wind Farm LLC, this is a 30 megawatt project with a total value of $60 million, according to EverPower CEO Jim Spencer, who declined to say how much the company paid OwnEnergy for it.

With the Patton project, EverPower should have more than 300 megawatts of capacity in Pennsylvania by the end of next year.
